1. Return Window We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags must be intact
• Item must be in original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized items (name/number prints, special orders)
• Plus size garments (3XL and above)
• Sold out products
• Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
• Items returned without prior approval

Colour Disclaimer: Due to variations in screen resolution, device display settings, camera lighting, and photography, minor colour differences may occur. We do not accept returns or exchanges for colour difference, fabric material, quality, tassels, threads, or hooks.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a return or exchange subject to the following:

• You must provide a clear unboxing/opening video as proof
• The video must show the package being opened with the product visibly undamaged from our end
• Photographs of the damage must also be submitted
• Contact us at support@a7x.in or WhatsApp +91 9667658917 with your Order ID, opening video, and photos within 7 days of delivery
